Brief Overview
JND Medical Centre is a growing outpatient clinic offering general consultations, laboratory services, pharmacy, and maternity care. Prior to implementing the NexaByte Medical Records Management System, the centre relied on handwritten patient files and paper-based record keeping. This led to lost or misfiled records, long patient wait times, duplicate data entry, difficulty tracking lab results, and challenges generating accurate bills and reports.
After partnering with NexaByte IT Consultancy, JND Medical Centre adopted the full NexaByte Medical Records Management System — including electronic patient records, appointment scheduling, prescription management, lab result integration, billing, and secure data backup.
